The bicycle keeps everything below the waist as good as it is going to get without diet changes. Thanks to
morluna for pointing out hundredpushups.com (and thusly their partners pushupslogger.com and twohundredsitups.com) for a nice place to keep track of push-up sessions, handy for being exercise that I can do while I am at work. I am going to work up to 100 then I will try to do the sit-ups too. The last time I did something like this was when I was stuck in jail for a week. In four days, working out 4-6 times a day, I got from 6 push-ups to somewhere north of 35 at a time, so I know that I can improve rapidly, it just boils down to whether or not I have the dedication to stick to a maintenance regimen afterwards. I did seven just now, wish me luck on the next 93.
