Free tables!

sparrSo, I made some winning bids in the furniture auction at City Hall East. Huge lots of things I only need a few of. In particular, I paid $30 for 37 tables, and only want maybe 5-10 of them. Thus my great table give-away... This Thursday, September 9th, from Noon to 3PM I will be at the rear loading dock of City Hall East (enter from North Ave). Anyone who wants a table is free to stop by. If you're tentative, give me a call NO EARLIER THAN NOON ON THURSDAY at 615 495 8127 and I'll reassure you that there are still tables to be had.

Date: 2010-09-16 06:43 am (UTC)Stay tuned, though, I've got my ear to the ground for how they are going to dispose of all the stuff that was not picked up from the auction. I ended up leaving about 5 tables of my 37, and one couch. Some people bought lots of 50+ desks just to take a handful of them.
