Hypothetical... I am downtown. Peachtree Center security asks me to leave their property and not come back. Small problem, I work in (but not for) Peachtree Center. If I come to work, I am trespassing, so that's not an option. Is there any approach here that retains my eligibility for unemployment benefits? Is the reason I was asked to leave the property relevant?

One security guard is on a power trip regarding trying to stop me from riding my bicycle on the property. If she pushes things it could get ugly.

Private property, they win sadly.

Just be smart about it all.

If your company's paying them rent, it would depend on their contract with PC. It's possible they'd have something that protects their employees' rights to various forms of transportation, but most companies err on the opposite side from what I've seen--so you may have something in your contract with your employer (maybe in the employee handbook) that says you're fired if you violate facility regulations. Either way, this sort of conflict is almost always covered on paper somewhere.

They are particularly annoyed about my riding it in the courtyard, but I have gotten evil looks for riding near the marta escalators too.

my argument is that 50 yards of walking a day is not worth losing your job over.

Well, it's not so trivial (or short) as 50 yards of walking... The more significant concern is it getting me to the train that much faster, which means I can catch an earlier train occasionally.

Anyways, I don't plan to lose my job over it. I just wanted some opinions on the situation.
