Appropriate payback for flicking butts?

I was driving down the street (Ponce, near Briarcliff) on my scooter and someone going the opposite way flicked a cigarette out the window that hit me in the arm. Imagine my disgust and annoyance (imagine if it hit me in the face...). Now, what might be an appropriate response to this? I was considering picking it up, turning around, and throwing it back in their window, or possibly throwing something equally nasty (to them, as their cigarette was to me) in. Thoughts?

#2. I have looked over my comments and no seriously,I am not being rude to you.
#3. The out to get you mentality is not a good place to be in your head. You might want to think about it.
#4. Your over reacting and holding a grudge to something that was just an accident.
#5 Your contemplating putting yourself in a dangerous situation by planning on over reacting if it happens again to you in the future.

We all have to live in this world together. And not everyone's habit is going to fit together with everyones lifestyle. It's called the world,life..letting things go and moving on will better suit your heart , health, and mind...then THIS
